Commissions Are Open!

Have you ever found yourself dreaming of a painting that doesn’t exist? Looking at a wall, feeling its higher potential? Longing to elevate a room into a sacred experience for all who enter? A commissioned original painting can provide that. Whether you intend peace, serenity, energy, fun or beauty or… the possibilities are endless! 

Here’s How it Works:

1. Book a call to discuss your idea for a painting here.

2. You pick the colors, size, vibe, & provide photo references to be interpreted & painted in my style, based on our discussion of your vision (more on that below).

3. Pay half deposit to get started.

4. I send a preliminary sketch to ensure the composition aligns with your vision. Upon completion of painting, I send a pic & upon your total satisfaction, final payment is made.

5. Painting is shipped, to be cherished for lifetimes to come! If you are local, you may pick up your painting either at my Midtown Studio or Studio Cabin on Bradfordville Rd.

   Parameters for Commissioned Paintings:

   I only accept painting commissions that align with my current painting style(s). Although I can, and have, painted in the style of photo realism, I am more interested in capturing light & form in looser, more energetic strokes, conveying likeness of the subject but with expression, similar to post impressionistic painters. My Artist Icon is Vincent Van Gogh, though my strokes tend to be a bit more smooth and blended. To clarify the vision of your painting-to-be, stroll through paintings on my website and google Van Gogh’s paintings to find examples to share with me, along with photos of landscapes, botanicals or florals. I currently work in oils on linen canvas. Allow 4-6 weeks for the completion and delivery of your painting. Commissions are limited, book yours here. I can’t wait to see what we create!
