"Mary, In Conversation".
I have always been drawn to Mary statues and imagery. This is one of the Marys I painted from hundreds of photos collected over years using acrylic paint, palette knife & gold leaf. Her textured espresso background, warm glowing rays of light and the expression on her face make her one of my favorites.
The original has sold. After receiving multiple requests, this piece is now available as an 8x10 print, gold-leafed by hand.
Printed on very thick high quality card stock 8x10 paper, gold-leafed by hand, then signed and beautifully packaged.
Prints are shipped with protective chip board and cellophane
Gift wrapped in tissue with a studio sticker, silk ribbon in a stiff white card board envelope, signed and titled on the back of print.
